I’m going to break up this review into two sections, facts and my opinion. Also, I’m providing a description of my car in the hopes that they remember my visit from a few days ago. Had a great experience @ Chapel Hill Tire this morning. Set an appointment (two days ago) for 9AM this morning for an oil change and tire rotation on my GMC 2500 Duramax Diesel truck. They had told me the service would take around one hour (I was going to wait) and they had me finished up in about 55 minutes. Very nice people there.

Came in this morning with no appointment due to a flat tire on way to school with the kids. They had me repaired and good to go in no time. 100% would recommend. Great customer service as well

Great customer service! They helped me get a screw out of my tire without an appointment and didn't even charge me. Lots of nearby food and coffee if you need to wait while your car is serviced.
